The H Type External Punch 1.5-12 to 1.25-12 Adapter by Corbin is an adapter bushing designed to fit the head of Corbin's 1-1/2 inch x 12 thread presses. This adapter is specifically compatible with the H Type series of Corbin Presses, including the Mega Mite CSP-2 and Hydro-Press CHP-1, allowing for a broader range of die compatibility.
Most reloading dies are 7/8-14, and the standard CHP-B bushing will adapt them to the larger H presses made by Corbin. Most of the RCBS and CH/4D 50 caliber reloading press dies are 1-1/2 x 12 thread, and require NO bushing in the Corbin H type presses.
Only a few brands of 50 caliber reloading dies, a few shotgun reloading dies, and other unusual large calibers made by firms other than RCBS and CH/4D will require the use of the CHP-B2 adapter bushing. Make sure that your dies have the 1.25-12 threading, and if they do this adapter is a excellent addition to your Corbin Presses.
